This is an exhibit piece for the World War II exhibition at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy in Washington, DC.
It is one of four pieces written, produced and edited by Michael Ford of Yellow Cat. Written to mimic an oral history, he paid great attention to historical and technical accuracy in both words and images. Michael attended the opening of the exhibit. "I watched Capt. Edward L. Beach, veteran of many sub patrols during WWII and author of "Run Silent, Run Deep", watching this. He had to be the toughest audience on the planet. But he liked it and told me about "Mush" Morton and the other people in the movie. It was great experience."
The voice-over is our late partner, Peter Thomas. He was such a nice person. He's truely missed.
